Renovia Group respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Renovia Protocol Companion mobile application (“Renovia” or the “App”).

Information You Enter Into Renovia

Renovia allows you to enter and store information such as protocols, schedules, dose history, vial information, reminders, progress information, check-ins, journal entries, cycle information, travel planning information, and other information you choose to record.

This information is used to provide the organizational and tracking features of the App.

Renovia is designed so that this personal wellness and protocol information is stored locally on your device rather than being transmitted to Renovia Group for storage.

Progress Photos

If you choose to use the Progress Photos feature, photos are stored privately within the App's local storage on your device. Renovia Group does not receive, view, or store your progress photos on its servers.

You control whether to take, retain, or delete progress photos.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Renovia may request permission to send notifications on your device. Notifications may be used for protocol reminders, dose reminders, progress-photo reminders, vial reminders, and other organizational features you choose to enable.

Notification preferences can be changed through the App or your device settings.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Renovia offers optional subscriptions and in-app purchases through Apple's App Store.

Payments are processed by Apple. Renovia Group does not receive or store your complete credit-card or banking information.

Renovia uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription-management service, to verify purchases, determine subscription status, restore purchases, and provide access to purchased features.

RevenueCat may process information associated with App Store transactions, including purchase and subscription history, Apple receipt information, subscription status, technical device information, and an anonymous app user identifier.

This information may also be used for subscription-related analytics and operation of purchased features.

Information We Do Not Use for Advertising

Renovia does not sell your personal wellness information or progress photos.

Renovia does not use the personal health, protocol, journal, cycle, or progress information you enter into the App for third-party advertising.

Renovia does not use RevenueCat purchase information to track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

Renovia uses Apple services for App Store purchases and device functionality and RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management.

These service providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored locally within Renovia remains on your device until you delete it through the App, remove the App, or otherwise erase the applicable device data.

Subscription transaction information processed by Apple and RevenueCat may be retained according to their respective legal, financial, security, and service requirements.

If you contact Renovia Group for support or request deletion of information associated with our third-party subscription services, we will assist with requests that are within our control, subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements.
